A hundred and six of them, and none are stored as pictures.

Every creature is built from a seed, a body template and a palette, drawn by the game the moment it is needed. That is why there can be this many, and why the whole app is a few megabytes. These are being drawn in your browser right now by the same code.

The ones you meet early are shown as they are. The rest are left as silhouettes on purpose — finding out what they turn into is most of the game, and this page is not going to spend that for you.
