What makes one worth sending.

None of this is required. It is only what turns "it broke" into something that can be fixed the same day.

The form above takes text only. If you have a screenshot, a brag card or a save file to send, say so in the message and leave an address — I will write back and you can attach it to the reply.

A brag card is also a useful thing to attach — press SORT on the crest plate. It carries your steps, your battles, how far along the road you are and what you have recorded, which answers most of the questions a reply would otherwise have to ask.
